Literature review (Part 1)
i) Type your favorite topic of research in the search engine
Google Scholar(For example,
I typed: 'high voltage power supply and click search. A list of publications has appeared on
the google scholar window and subsequently, I selected a custom range on the left side panel
to limit the latest publications. I key in from 2011 to 2021 and then click the search button
again below it. This time, most of the publications are sorted out to suit my year preference
in google scholar. I simply clicked a journal publication to access it and it took me to the following site :
https://ieeexplore...;
whereby it was actually redirected to the IEEE database. Note: subscription is required to access most of the databases
but I used Sci-Hub to crack the access. Sci-Hub always changes its web address so search in google as if it does not work)ii)
Then I cut and paste the entire web address from google scholar (https://ieeexplore...) onto the Sci-Hub. After that,
I pressed the open button that was accompanied by a key sign in Sci-Hub; from which it broke all the barriers to accessing the journal publication.
